Itinerary

Each day will consist of a minimum of three active sessions including boxing on the beach, functional training workouts in the gym, core strengthening pilates and muscle easing yin yoga to the more leisurely stand-up paddle boarding, cycling or good old stair climbs.

All fitness levels are welcome as the workouts can be regressed or progressed to suit. The fitness activities are not compulsory, so if you’re having a bad day or simply prefer to take a session off to lounge by the pool – that’s perfectly fine too.
