Boxing, HIIT, Circuit Training, Pilates, Yoga, Standup- Paddle Boarding, Surfing.

Each day will consist of a minimum of four active sessions from boxing on the beach, functional training workouts in the gym, core strengthening pilates and muscle easing yin yoga to the more leisurely stand-up paddle boarding, cycling or good old stair climbs.

All fitness levels are welcome as the workouts can be regressed or progressed. The fitness activities are not compulsory, so if you're having a bad or day or simply prefer to take a session off to lounge by the pool - that's perfectly fine too.
